Add a standing ticketed event with scannable tickets
Here is how to create a standing ticketed event / unallocated seated event with scannable tickets
The great thing creating an event this way is that the customer will get an actual ticket with a QR code and you can scan them in. Creating an event this way, you will also need to put an occasional close on the room/ venue so you do not sell normal seating and be double booked.
Here is how to create an event like this
- Go to Public Events
- Tickets
- Add a Title
- Value
- Description
- The event will now appear on the right-hand side
- Click Edit on the event
- You can add a Booking Fee if you wish and set it to Pre Booking or Per Ticket and a description of the fee
- If you wish to the the tickets available only by the direct link click Buy By Link Only, if not leave it unticked and all your events will be on a list
- Input a Valid Date from and Until. If its a one day event put the same date in both.
- You can add a Custom Image which will appear on the tickets
- Set the Max Available amount of ticket available so you don’t over sell
To allow customers to book a ticket for this event use the Booking Link within the event and put https://togo.uk.com before the link
