Here is a list of all the icons you may see in the live console

– notes have been added by either the venue or customer

– ignore warnings/ignore prepay has been ticked and/or the venue have added notes in the ‘Venue Notes (This Booking Only)’ box

– deposit has been paid

– deposit has been paid but something has changed within the booking, so double check the deposit is the correct amount

– deposit is required and has not been paid

– pre-order completed

– pre-order is not completed

  – menu has been selected but a pre order is not required

– a promo code has been used

– this booking has linked activities (competitive socialising venues only)
