Here is how to email all bookings on a specific date

This tool would be used if you need to let the customer know a bit more about that date if things have changed since the booking. Due to GDPR this should not be used for marketing as they have not agreed to subscribe to your mailing list. If you wish to send a mail shot, please follow this guide which has customers who have subscribed to your mailing list.

• Go to your Live Console
• Click on the Cog to the right just above where it says fill
• On the left-hand side you will see Email All Todays Bookings
• Fill out
  • The Title
  • Message
  • Tick Agree
  • Click the staff name if applicable
• Click Send
