To get your generic booking link, click on the VENUE WIDGET tile and copy either the Direct Link Without Promo Option or the Direct Link With Promo Option. If you don’t use promo codes use the without promo code.

To obtain the link to your vouchers, click MANAGE VOUCHERS and then BUY VOUCHERS. The URL that displays at the top of the browser is your voucher URL.

To obtain direct links to your events, click PUBLIC EVENTS > BOOKABLE EVENTS > click MANAGE next to the event. Copy the Event Booking Link.

If you want to link out to your menus on your website, it’s as easy as using the website URL in the email for example: www.togo.uk.com/menus

• Go to Mailshot Manager
• Create a mailshot by changing the editor type to Advanced and entering a title into Mailshot Title and click Add
• The new mailshot should drop underneath into Current Mailshots
• Click Content to create your mailshot (please watch the video below on how to create the content)
• Once you have created the mailshot, click SAVE and then click the back button.
• Click Mailshots and then the Edit button next to the mailshot you have just created.
• The Mailshot Title is for your reference only
• You can send your self a TEST email by popping your email address in the Test/Approve Emails box and then clicking the Mail Test button
• The subject box is where you would enter the subject text (as you would a normal email)
• Tick the approved box
• If you want to schedule the email, you can do by selecting the date you want to send it and also the time. The time is listed as a 24hr clock, so if you wanted to send it at 4pm you would select 16
• Make sure you click Save
• Right at the bottom of the screen you have Assign Lists these are the lists of email addresses you have stored on TOGO. Tick the ones which you want to send the email to. These must be assigned otherwise the email won’t send to anyone.
• To send the email straightaway, hit Send Now
