Here is how to amend the required lead time

You can set it either as a an amount of time in hours before a customer makes a booking, or have a same day cut off time

Required Lead time

• Go to Manage Venue
• Venue Settings
• Change the Required Lead Time. This is in hours. ‘0’ is no lead time required

Same day cut off

• Go to Manage Venue
• Opening Times
• On the left-hand side, put in the time you would like to cut off bookings everyday
• Save Change
