How to add a team member for Togo and PIN protection

• Select Secure Access
• Select Booking Names
• Type in the name of the person you want to add and press Add
• The name will appear in the column on the right hand side
• To delete a name, press delete next to the name you wish to delete

For extra security, you have the choice to add a PIN for each team member

• Add in a PIN next to the name of each team member
• Click Save Changes at the bottom of the column
• For the PIN function to work – it needs to be switched on in Manage Venue > Venue Settings and tick Use Pin For Who Added By?
