Here is how to send text shots

The textshots can be purchased by following these steps

Cost = £39/1000 text credit bundle.
Each textshot is 160 characters long and is worth 1 credit.

To send a Textshot

• Go to ‘Textshot Manager’
• Add in a title for your textshot (for your reference only) Then Click Add.

• Your text shot will show in the list below. Click edit next to the one you have created.

• Make sure that you change the ‘from’ field as there are limited characters on this. I would change to ‘Park View’ for example. Add in your message (including link to websites or bookings link). You can add in a send date and time if you wish to schedule it. Tick the relevant lists you wish to send it to under ‘assign lists’ ‘Auto Customer List’ is the list which all your subscribed users in it. Click ‘Save Changes’
• Back on the main textshot manager screen you can choose to ‘send now’ which will send the textshots out immediately to the assigned lists.

I would recommend to do a test text shot first to yourself so that you can see what it looks like before selecting the ‘auto customer list’

Adding Subscriber Phone Numbers

You can do this by following these steps :-

• Go to ‘textshot lists’ at the top of the page.
• Add a title to your new list (for your reference) then Click ‘Add’

• It will then show in the list below. Click the Edit button.

• On the next page you can add the subscribers. To your new list.

• The numbers that you add in the subscribers box will then show on the right.

• You can add your own number in this way so that the list can be selected for your test textshot.
