This guide shows you how to remove a range of booking times from appearing on your booking journey (e.g. blocking bookings between 2:00pm – 4:00pm).

• 1. Access Booking Messages

  1. Go to Manage Venue
  2. Select Booking Messages

  ---

  2. Create a New Rule

  On the right-hand side:

  • Enter a Title (e.g. No Bookings)
  • Leave Message blank
  • Add a Start Date
  • Add an End Date (if applicable)
  • Tick Defined Times
  • Tick Disable Booking
  • Click Add

  ---

  3. Set the Time Range

  On the right-hand side:

  1. Enter the Start Time and End Time you want to block
     • Example: 14:00 – 16:00
  2. Select the days this applies to
  3. Click Add Booking Message Times

  ---

  Once added, bookings will not be allowed during the selected times.
