If you wish to limit how many covers turn up every 15 minutes, please follow the below instructions.

To do this, simply;

• Find Manage Venue on the home screen
• Select Venue Settings at the top of the page
• On the Venue Settings page, locate the Default Flow Control Trigger (%)
• Here, you can set the limit for number of covers that can book online every 15 minutes.
• The flow is set as a percentage of the total venue covers (at the top of the column)
• Scroll down to the bottom of the column and select Save Changes

There are a few different ways you can allow the flow to run, if you would like it strict on the number or go over slightly to accommodate a booking. below is how to set this.

– If you would like to system to be a little flexible with the flow, and allow the system to go over your flow slightly to accommodate a booking, have Flow Control Enabled? ticked

– If you would like the system to borrow covers from the 15 minutes either side to accommodate a booking, have Flow Control Enabled? and Ultra Flow Enabled? ticked

– If you would like you flow control strict and not go over the specified covers have Flow Control Enabled?, Ultra Flow Enabled? and Include new covers in Ultraflow? ticked

For example. A venue has a capacity of 100 covers and only wants to allow 12 people to book every 15 minute timeslot. So the Default Flow Control Trigger (%) would be 12.
