Setting up Cover Times
It is important to have cover times set for Togo to work efficiently.
- Go to Manage Venue on the home page
- Select Cover Times at the top of the page
- Select Enable All at the top of the page
- In the table you need to create a cover time for each party size
- Tick the configure box next to the cover number and then add your Estimated Cover Time in minutes i.e. 2 hours is 120 minutes. Please note that the booking system automatically adds a 15 minute turnaround time to each cover time
- If you do not wish to have a 15 minute buffer time, remove 1 minute from your cover times e.g. 59 instead of 60
- Once you have inputted cover times, you have the choice to have these set for All Times or you can select Defined Times if you want different cover times throughout the week
- Select a start time and end time and days that you want specific cover times to apply too
- Click Set Cover Times. This will take approximately 5-10 minutes to load and save correctly, do not exit the screen or refresh
- Once you have cover times in place this will link in with the auto allocation of tables and automatic check out functions
Please be aware that this will only take effect from any new bookings made. Any bookings already in the system will still use the old cover times. If you wish to reset these to the new times you need to do the following: Go to live console > click the cog > click reset all cover times > you will need to do this on an individual day basis
