Peak and off-peak pricing is controlled within your Activity Prepay Rules.

You can either amend existing pricing rules or create new ones (for example, for school holidays or seasonal pricing).

How to Amend Existing Pricing

1. Go to Manage Venue.

2. Select Manage Tables.

3. Click Manage next to the activity you want to amend.

4. Click Activity Settings.

5. Select Prepay Settings.

You will see your current pricing rules listed on the right-hand side.

6. Click Manage next to the rule you want to edit.

7. Amend the pricing or parameters as required.

8. Save your changes.

How to Add a New Prepay Rule (e.g. School Holidays)

If you need a new pricing structure for specific dates:

1. Follow steps 1–5 above to access Prepay Settings.

2. In the text box provided, enter the name of your new prepay rule.
   Example: School Holidays 2026.

3. Click Save Changes.

The new rule will now appear on the right-hand side.

4. Click Manage next to the new rule.

5. Set your required parameters, including:

   • Date ranges

   • Days of the week

   • Time periods

   • Pricing amounts

6. Save once complete.

Important Notes

• You will need to repeat this process for each activity if you have multiple activities (e.g. bowling, laser tag, mini golf).

• Ensure date ranges do not overlap incorrectly, as this can cause unexpected pricing behaviour.
