To be able to have the Full Day view open all times (for adding bookings) and also have the 4hr view open (for managing current bookings) you need 2 different sets of Login Details and 2 different Web browsers open at the same time.

E.g. LOGIN 1 logged in to Togo in one web browser e.g. Chrome, set to Full day view in the LIVE CONSOLE

LOGIN 2 logged in to a different web browser e.g. Microsoft Edge, set to the 4hr hour view

Please note for this to work you will need to use different browsers for each window e.g. Chrome and Microsoft edge and you will need to use different logins for each login.
