  1. Loyalty Manager
  2. Add New Reward
  3. Enter a Title for your reward
  4. Enter how many points the reward requires
  5. Enter a description – this would contain details of the reward and when it is valid
  6. You can chose when the reward can be used by selecting all time (available at all times when you are open) and defined times (you pick and chose the days and times the reward is available)
  7. Click Add reward
  8. If you have selected defined times you will need to select ‘Current Rewards’ and click ‘Manage’ next to that reward
  9. Here you will see ‘Reward Booking Hours’ – you need to select the times and days and click ‘Add Reward Booking Hours’
