How do I add table groups to Togo?

If you have changed your table plan and need input table groups, this guide will help!

  1. Click on ‘Manage Venue’ on the home page
  2. Select ‘Manage Tables’ at the top of the page
  3. Click ‘Manage’ next to the room you want to add table groups too.
  4. Click ‘Table Groups’ at the top of the page
  5. Input the number of covers of the new table group
  6. Add the minimum occupancy you would accept on the table group
  7. If you want to prioritise the table group over others add 1 for high priority and so on
  8. Click ‘Add New Table Group’
  9. In the pop up screen select all the tables that will be pushed together in that particular group.
  10. Your new table group will now appear in the list on the rooms/tables page
  11. To edit any table groups, click Manage next to the group in the list.
