How do I add table groups to Togo?
If you have changed your table plan and need input table groups, this guide will help!
- Click on ‘Manage Venue’ on the home page
- Select ‘Manage Tables’ at the top of the page
- Click ‘Manage’ next to the room you want to add table groups too.
- Click ‘Table Groups’ at the top of the page
- Input the number of covers of the new table group
- Add the minimum occupancy you would accept on the table group
- If you want to prioritise the table group over others add 1 for high priority and so on
- Click ‘Add New Table Group’
- In the pop up screen select all the tables that will be pushed together in that particular group.
- Your new table group will now appear in the list on the rooms/tables page
- To edit any table groups, click Manage next to the group in the list.
