How do I add a Booking Message on Togo?

If you want to let your customer’s know special information when booking, here’s how to do it.

To add a custom message that shows on booking system when fully booked:

  1. Go to ‘Manage Venue’ on the home page
  2. Click ‘Booking Messages’ at the top of the page
  3. Underneath ‘Custom Fully Booked Message’ add the message you would like your customers to see when the venue is fully booked
  4. Click ‘Save’

To add a booking message:

  1. Go to ‘Manage Venue’ on the home page
  2. Click ‘Booking messages’ at the top of the page
  3. On the left hand side underneath ‘Add Booking Message’ fill in the title and message
  4. Add a start date and end date. The Booking message will automatically stop showing after the end date.
  5. If you want the message to be ongoing, just leave the end date blank.
  6. If you want to disable bookings on these particular dates then tick the ‘Disable Bookings’ box.
  7. Tick ‘Show Disabled Times’ to allow customers to book different at different times
  8. To add specific times to your booking message tick the ‘Defined Times’ box
  9. On the right hand side you will be able to select specific times when you want your booking message to be seen on the dates you have selected
  10. Just add a start time and end time from the drop down boxes. then select the applicable days. Click ‘Add Booking Message Hours’
  11. Click ‘Back A Step’ to get back to booking message page, on here you will see the booking message you have created on the right of the page
  12. If you have more than one booking message running at the same time you can priortise by importance by putting 1 for highest importance and so on. This can be done by putting numbers in the ‘Priority’ Boxes in the booking messages list.
