How do I update my menus?

There are two types of menus – text only and full feature.

How to edit the content of a text only menu:

  1. Go to menu manager
  2. Click ‘manage’ next to the menu you want to edit
  3. Click ‘menu content’
  4. Amend as necessary
  5. Click ‘save’

How to edit the content of a full feature menu:

  1. Go to menu manager
  2. Click Manage next to the menu you want to edit
  3. Click Menu Content
  4. Below are the different sections of your menu
  5. You can add a new section by entering your text into the Section Title box and clicking add, this section will then appear below
  6. You can delete a section by pressing Delete
  7. You can publish/un-publish a section by pressing the green tick/red cross, what this will do is show/hide this part of the menu from your customers (for instances when you rotate your menu’s)
  8. If you are editing a section click Manage next to the section you wish to edit.
  9. You can amend the section title and section subtitle here, once you have changed this press Save Changes
  10. You can delete items listed below by pressing the red cross under Delete
  11. You can edit the content of any item listed by clicking the text boxes and amending accordingly. You must press Save Table Changes.
  12. You can publish/un-publish an item by pressing the green tick/red cross, what this will do is show/hide this item from your customers (for instances when you rotate your menu’s)
  13. You can amend the allergens by clicking on the Contains button next to the item you wish to edit
  14. You can add a new item by entering the Item title, Item Description, Item Price and any allergens (the allergens are optional, however if you are using Togo to print off your menu’s we recommend that you use these). Press Add Item (if you are not using allergens you can use the Add Item button which is directly underneath the Item Price
  15. Once you have added your item it will drop down into the box below.
