This guide will show you how to ‘Enable Fully Booked’ which generates a short term booking message.
If you want to let your customer’s know special information when booking, here’s how to do it.
- Log in to togo
- Click ‘secure access’
- Click ‘past orders’
- Here you will see a list of all your invoices
- To view the invoice, select ‘view’
- Select ‘Secure Access’
- Select ‘Booking Names’
- Type in the name of the person you want to add and press ‘Add’
- The name will appear in the column on the right hand side
- To delete a name, press delete next to the name you wish to delete
- Register the email address that you are wanting to add by going to togo.uk.com
- Log in to togo using the system admin log in details
- Go to secure access
- Type the email address you want to add in ‘find users’ and press find
- The email address should appear under ‘pick a user’
- Select the email address
- Select rights:
- Booking manager – can only make/amend bookings
- Marketing manager – can promote using social media, add promotions, events
- Venue manager – can edit menu’s, change tables, opening times
- System admin – has access to everything
- Select ‘Add user’
- The email address should now appear on the right hand side
